First, we take a deep look at your existing orientation and onboarding journey by reviewing the assets, learning objectives, collateral, feedback, and current ramp times.
Phase 2: Playback
The research helps up to create a user journey for each of the different sales roles that is played back to highlight the key areas of improvement. Working collaboratively, we determine the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of onboarding, based on our prioritisation matrix, including the assets, supporting content, and technology.
Phase 3: Create
We get to work co-creating the Sales onboarding journey piece by piece, in deep collaboration with supporting areas of the business, including measurements, milestones, and assessment criteria.
